Basic Hospital benefits. The Hospital benefits to which a Covered Person is entitled while medically necessary and reasonably confined as a Registered Bed Patient are limited to a maximum of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of confinement during a Plan Year, in accordance with evidence based medical guidelines. If necessarily incurred during said period, the following Services shall be Covered Services:
