Basic In-State Dial 1 Long Distance and Local Toll. This Agreement applies to in-state long distance and local toll calls in those states that do not regulate rates through filings with the state public utility commission. Rates vary among such states and are subject to change, so please contact the Company for specific rate information. Current basic in-state Dial 1 rates in such states do not exceed $0.50 per minute.
