Basic Knowledge. The Subscriber acknowledges having some knowledge of the Internet, its operation, performance and the possibilities offered by the Internet. He is informed that his messages may be intercepted and read by third parties without his knowledge, that a person with access to the Internet may cause harm, incur costs and incur obligations while connected to the Network, that the content and certain products or services available with or through the Service may be offensive or offensive or not in compliance with applicable laws.
