Basic License. LICENSEE must purchase for each Device or for each User one BASIC License. The number of licenses required is determined by the greater of USERS using the Cryptovision Software or Devices using the Cryptovision Software. If the ratio is changing during the tem of the Agreement LICENSEE must acquire additional BASIC licenses. The applicable license restriction is determined by LICENSEE’s purchase of the Cryptovision Software from Cryptovision’s price list and the part number used for the order. If such information is not available the BASIC License restriction shall exclusively apply to the use of the Cryptovision Software. The above license restrictions are non-concurrent and LICENSEE may at no point in time use more licenses than it has acquired. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, LICENSEE may not modify, merge, embed, sell, lease, assign, distribute or transfer in any manner or form, in whole or in part, the Cryptovision Software except as otherwise required by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LICENSEE may make copies of the Cryptovision Software solely for archive or backup purposes or as otherwise required by law. If the Cryptovision Software was made available to LICENSEE for evaluation or testing purposes the license grant shall be non-perpetual and the license shall expire with the expiry date of the underlying evaluation agreement. LICENSEE must discontinue the use of the Cryptovision Software, return it to Cryptovision and delete all copies of it in LICENSEE’s possession. Evaluation licenses may only be used in non-productive environments.

Basic License. ACM grants to the Consortium Members the non-exclusive rights to search, browse, view, and download the content in the DL. All downloading and printing by Authorized Users will be for their use only, unless approved by ACM in writing. Remote access to the DL by members of the general public is not permitted. Authorized Users may access and use the DL from the premises of the Consortium Member, or remotely via secure authentication, to download, print, and copy items from the DL for their use in connection with classroom instruction and related educational purposes, but may not redistribute or make available access to the DL for any commercial purposes.
Basic License. 5.1.1.1. Licensed for use in single-server environments;
5.1.1.2. Licensed for use by an unlimited number of Developers;
5.1.1.3. Licensed for use by an unlimited number of Users.
Basic License. CODESKIN grants a free, limited-feature, Basic License for any legal purpose, including commercial use. Users of the free license are explicitly prohibited from redistributing the C2Prog package, or portions thereof, other than in the form of the original and unmodified installer, as provided by CODESKIN.
Basic License. All license agreements will be between the requiring agency and the Vendors/Publishers. However, the Federal Government requires certain terms and conditions in their license agreements that may be in conflict with some standard commercial practices. The Library of Congress Office of General Counsel (OGC) has developed a basic license agreement that meets federal requirements and serves the needs of federal libraries while still respecting the Vendor’s interests. This sample license can be found at Section J, Attachment 1.

Basic License. A Basic License allows Basic License purchasers to use the licensed Content for commercial purposes within the scope specified below.
1) Basic License shall be based on a 1 user, 1 use, 1 project basis, in any standard, medium, or region unrestricted. Whether you are an individual, a team or a company, Basic Licensed content grants you worldwide use in a period of one year after purchase.
2) Use for commercial purposes shall mean use of Content for commercial, promotion, PR, publicity advertising or sales purposes, including advertisements and promotional articles.
3) Project shall mean a work or business, which is done for one time, such as program, research, or development, etc. which is conducted for a speci c purpose.
4) Purchasers who whish to change or expand the scope of the Basic License must separately contact 4by4 Inc. (xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) in advance to obtain a separate license.
Basic License. MBI grants Isis a nonexclusive worldwide license to use the Technology Rights to use, make, have made, test, research, develop, promote, commercialize, market, distribute, and sell Licensed Products on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
