Basic Programs. 19.1.1 The District participates in the health insurance program administered by Self- Insured Schools of California (SISC) under a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA). The health insurance rates & premiums are dependent on one hundred percent (100%) participation of eligible full-time employees.
