Basic Salary Package. The Consumer Price Index referenced in the following section refers to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, Base Period: 1982-84 =100. 2015-16 The entire salary package will be distributed across-the-board (ATB). Bargaining unit members employed by the University on February 15, 2015 and still employed on September 1, 2015 will receive an increment equal to 2.4% of base pay, effective September 1, 2015.
