Common use of Basis of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Basis of Agreement. 2.1 The Award Letter constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the Services subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. 2.2 The offer comprised in the Award Letter shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier on receipt by the Customer of a copy of the Award Letter countersigned by the Supplier within [7] days of the date of the Award Letter.

Basis of Agreement. 2.1 The Award Letter constitutes an offer by the Customer Employer to potentially purchase the Services subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. 2.2 this Agreement but confers no exclusivity or commitment that any particular level of Services will be commissioned. The offer comprised in the Award Letter shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier Provider on receipt by the Customer Employer of a copy of the Award Letter contract countersigned by the Supplier Provider within [710] days of the date of receipt of the Award Letter.

Basis of Agreement. 2.1 The Award Letter constitutes an offer by the Customer Authority to purchase the Services subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. 2.2 The offer comprised in the Award Letter shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier Provider on receipt by the Customer Authority of a copy of the Award Letter countersigned by the Supplier Provider within [7] 7 days of the date of the Award Letter.
