Basis of Agreement. 2.1 The Purchase Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase Services from the Supplier in accordance with this Agreement. 2.2 The Agreement will be deemed to be accepted on the earlier of: (a) the Supplier signing the Award Letter or Purchase Order; or (b) any act by the Supplier consistent with fulfilling the Purchase Order.
