Basis of Agreement. 2.1 The Purchase Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the Services subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. 2.2 The offer comprised in the Purchase Order shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier on receipt by the Customer of a copy of the Purchase Order countersigned by the Supplier within 7 days of the date of the Purchase Order.
