The basis for an appeal shall be limited to: 14.3.2.1 A violation of the evaluation process that materially impacts the Teacher’s performance rating; 14.3.2.2 The data relied upon for the performance rating was misused, inaccurate, invalid, or otherwise incorrectly attributed to the Teacher; and/or, 14.3.2.3 Inadequate evidence exists to support the rating.
