BASIS OF CONTRACT. 2.1 This Contract is made up of the Order Form (comprising the Order Details and Services Agreement) and these Terms and Conditions (comprising the General Terms and the Specific Terms). 2.2 Hierarchy of terms. In the event of any conflict of terms between the aforementioned documents: (a) The terms of the Order Form shall supersede the terms of these Terms and Conditions; and (b) Within these Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms shall supersede the General Terms.
