Hierarchy of terms. In the event of any conflict of terms between the aforementioned documents: (a) The terms of the Order Form shall supersede the terms of these Terms and Conditions; and (b) Within these Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms shall supersede the General Terms.

Hierarchy of terms. In the event that there are any conflicts between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any SOW, the terms of this Agreement shall control. The terms of this Agreement and the SOW shall be controlling over any terms of any purchase order, sales acknowledgement, invoice or other such documents issued by either Party. Any amendment of this Agreement shall be effective for all subsequently executed SOWs.

  • Variation of Terms All terms and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to masculine, feminine, or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person or Persons may require.
