Batch Numbering. Bachem shall implement and use a unique batch numbering system for numbering each batch of Product. This number shall appear on all documents relating to the particular batch of Product. Bachem is responsible for maintaining an associated lot genealogy, where the final lot number may be traced back to the intermediates and starting materials used in the specified batch.
Batch Numbering. Sanofi or its subcontractor shall assign to each batch of Bulk Substance a unique batch number according to their current approved batch numbering and naming conventions. This number shall appear on all documents relating to the particular batch of Bulk Substance and the format of this number will be provided to KaloBios on request. For Bulk Substance Manufactured by Sanofi’s subcontractor, Sanofi may need to assign its own unique batch number for the purpose of Bulk Substance batch release; in which case the original subcontractor batch number shall be retained in Sanofi’s batch release documentation and electronic inventory management system for ease of traceability. Batch numbers from each of Sanofi and its subcontractor will be provided to KaloBios.
Batch Numbering. ELITE batch numbering system will be used to uniquely number each batch of Product(s). This number will appear on all documents relating to a particular batch of Product(s).
Batch Numbering. 5.1.1 SurModics shall use the GNE batch numbering system for all GMP Product produced by SurModics.
Batch Numbering. Matricel’s batch numbering system will be used for numbering each batch of the ACI-Maix-Membrane Products made for sale. This identification will appear on all documents relating to the particular batch of the ACI-Maix-Membrane Products. The code for batch numbering identification will be supplied to Vericel.
