Release Documentation definition

Release Documentation means the documentation listed in Schedule 4.1(l) providing for the termination and release of the Existing Liens, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Release Documentation means deeds of release or other binding documentation from the applicable lenders and obligees (which in the case of the Credit Agreement shall be the administrative agent thereunder), in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, evidencing (i) the repayment in full of all Credit Agreement Debt upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount, (ii) the termination of all Credit Agreement Debt and all obligations of any Group Company related thereto upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount and (iii) the full and irrevocable release and discharge of all Encumbrances on or over the Sale Shares or any Assets or securities of a Group Company related to the Credit Agreement Debt upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount;
Release Documentation shall be the documentation which NOF shall provide to Ascendis following NOF’s internal release of the Product. Such documentation shall contain the following: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Conformity (CoC), list of deviations and out of specification (OOS) results, version history for Master Batch Record, certificates of origin in English. Further details on the requirements for such documentation are specified in the Quality Agreement (Appendix 3).

Release Documentation shall be the documentation which Carbogen shall provide to Ascendis following Carbogen’s internal release of the Product. Such documentation shall at least contain a batch summary with certificates of conformance and list of deviations. Further details on the requirements for such documentation are specified in the Quality Agreement (Appendix 4).
Release Documentation means the following documentation prepared by BPS and provided to NUVELO by BPS after Release: 1.41.1 Released Executed Batch Record, which includes the QCMD; 1.41.2 Batch-related manufacturing documentation, as set forth in the Quality Agreement; [*] Certain confidential information contained in this document, marked by brackets, has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. 1.41.3 The QC Batch-related analyses, as set forth in the Quality Agreement; and 1.41.4 Certificate of Analysis (located in the QCMD).
Release Documentation means such documentation evidencing the satisfaction of any and all Indebtedness of the Purchased Entities effective as of the Closing.
