If you have purchased a battery back-up from Astound, you understand and agree that the performance of the battery back-up is not guaranteed. If the battery back-up power supply is not correctly installed, fails or malfunctions, or is exhausted during the course of a sustained power outage, your phone Services will not function until electrical service is restored.

  • Back-Up Contractor shall maintain a separate back-up system for its electronic data processing functions and a duplicate data file which is updated regularly and stored off-site in a secured, controlled environment. Contractor’s back-up system shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, those relating to privacy and confidentiality, and shall be designed to meet or exceed industry standards regarding the preservation of access to data.

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:
