Phone Services. All telephone and electric connections which Tenant may desire shall be first approved by Landlord in writing, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld delayed or conditioned, before the same are installed, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors reasonably approved by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably restrict and control access to telephone cabinets, which reasonable access is hereby granted to Tenant. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises (which need not be removed by Tenant at the expiration of the term of this Lease), including, without limitation, any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, hookup or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and related wiring in the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and related wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or related wiring in the Building, Landlord or any vendor, hired by Landlord after notice to Tenant, may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord's actual costs in connection therewith). Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant's employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone service to the Premises and the Building.
Phone Services. If you move the equipment or Services to another location without complying with Pages 14 and 15, you do so in violation of this Agreement and at your own risk.
Phone Services. Landlord shall at Tenant’s expense, install and maintain all conduit and cable between (i) the Ameritech Demark Board in the Building and (ii) an agreed point of entry in the Premises. Alternatively, Landlord may authorize a third party contractor to provide this service on an exclusive basis for the Building, in which case Tenant shall pay such contractor directly for such installation and maintenance. Tenant acknowledges that making such cabling the responsibility of a single party is reasonable and necessary to achieve security, efficiency, coordination and accountability. Whether such cabling is undertaken by Landlord or an exclusive contractor. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor such contractor shall be liable for any loss, cost or damage suffered by Tenant as a result of cabling installation and maintenance except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the party doing such work and that any such claim shall be limited to bodily injury, death or damage to property. Tenant hereby waiving and releasing any claim for consequential damages resulting from an interruption of service.

Phone Services. 16.1 What you need to do. You must authorise Call Flow to act on your behalf in all dealings with Openreach (who are responsible for all copper lines) or any other third parties to transfer or supply the Service. You will also need to supply your own home telephone equipment.
Phone Services. The Phone Services comprise: (a) Installation or takeover and rental of one or more fixed telephone lines; and (b) The facility to make and receive telephone calls; and (c) One of our ranges of call price plans that enables you to make discounted telephone calls; and (d) Any other facilities such as caller display that we agree to give you; and (e) One telephone number for each fixed telephone line that you rent from us, which, unless you tell us otherwise, will be published free of charge in BT directory and will be available on directory enquiries services (if you are a business – this will also include your business details); and (f) Access to the emergency services and provision of caller location information from your telephone line; and (g) Any other fixed telephone line related services that we agree with you.

Outside of these hours, if you have a question, refill request, want to schedule or cancel an appointment, etc. it will have to wait for regular business hours. These are NOT medical emergencies. If you have an afterhours emergency, you can call our number for information on how to reach the on call provider.

Phone Services. If Client makes a phone appointment, regarding, but not limited to, photography, video, marketing, or consulting, and cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours in advance, Client shall be required to pay a $125 cancellation fee to compensate for time and travel of MJL’s employees or contractors.

Merge letters, envelopes, labels. - Meeting arrangements and coordination. - Travel arrangements, car rentals, hotel and restaurant reservations, ticket procurement. OFFICE SERVICES: - Photocopy services: full color and black and white. - FAX services: plain paper. - Laser printing: full color and black and white. - Color scanner. - 24-hour phone-in dictation. - Binding services. - Mail metering. U.S. Postal, UPS, Federal Express & courier services. - Office supplies. - Notary service. - Floral arrangements, gift baskets, gift selection. - Catering services for your office functions. EXHIBIT A-3 RULES & REGULATIONS ACCESS: TENANT shall have access to the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hallways, entrances, lobbies and any common areas of the building or center may not be obstructed by TENANT or used by TENANT for any purpose other than access to the building and TENANT's office. Shared use of executive center facilities shall be as provided in the lease. USE: TENANT is entitled to quiet enjoyment of the leased premises. TENANT will conduct its affairs in a businesslike manner, dress appropriately, and not do any act or thing or make any noise which would obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants, or which would cause injury or annoyance to other tenants, or cause damage to the center or the building.
