Battery Usage. The use of the Service or Service features that require the Mobile Software may significantly drain the battery of your device. It is recommended to limit the usage of these services or other applications on your device to when they are necessary (e.g., disabling certain Service features when not driving) or, if possible, keeping your device connected to a power source, such as by plugging it in.

Battery Usage. Use of the Service or any aspect of the Service that requires the use of the Software may use a significant amount of power from the battery of any smartphone, cellular device, or Tracker that the Software is installed on. You may wish to limit your use of these or other services on your smartphone or cellular device to the times when they are necessary or where possible, you might wish to keep your smartphone, cellular device, or Trackers plugged into a power source. The Trackers provided to you by OTC have limited battery life and may, or may not, have interchangeable batteries. OTC does not represent or warrant that any smartphone, cellular device, or Tracker will work as intended, and is not responsible for the failure of any User to keep any smartphone, cellular device, or Tracker fully charged. 10.

  • Leave Usage Full shift absences on vacation, sick leave, compensating time off, or holiday in lieu taken by employees on scheduled ten-hour workshifts shall result in the deduction of ten (10) hours from employees’ accrued leave balances.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • MUSIC USAGE RETURN 15.1 The Licensee must, for the duration of the Agreement and on a quarterly basis, submit to SAMRO the following information regarding each and every Work of Music Performed at the Premises: the name of the Work of Music; the name(s) of each composer; the name(s) of the arranger; the name(s) of the performer; the name(s) of the publisher; and the number of times each Work of Music was Performed.

  • General Availability The commitment to availability specified in the letter of appointment shall be subject to mutually acceptable revision. Such revision will occur once per year, or, if mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee, on a more frequent basis. The Employer will issue a revised letter of appointment to reflect approved changes to employee’s general availability.
