Your Device. Device registration, using a secure access code, is a feature to provide additional security for the Service. You will have the option to register your Device for one-time only access or for continued use. To register your Device it must be configured to accept secure cookies. Once your Device has been registered, you will be asked to enter your Login ID and password for future logins. If you delete the cookies on your browser, log in f rom a different Device, re-install the application, or your secure cookie has expired, you will be prompted to obtain a secure access co d e again to register your Device. SECURITY: Your role in preventing misuse of the Service is extremely important. Examine your statement promptly upon receipt. If you f ind that your records and the Bank’s records disagree, immediately notify the Bank. In addition to protecting your account information, you agree to take precautions to protect your personal identification information, such as your driver’s license, Social Security Number, etc.
Your Device you should only access the Service through your own computer, network or other internet ready device. References to “Your Device” means any computer or device functioning as an Internet client or workstation in your possession and control with Internet access, which you use to access the Service. If you choose to access the Service through a third- party application or equipment you don’t own, you may be increasing your privacy and security risks.
Your Device. 2.6.1 You are responsible for the acquisition, cost and maintenance of Your Device as well as any necessary wireless data plan; and (ii) Rasier Pacific or its Affiliate shall make available the Driver App for installation on Your Device. Rasier Pacific hereby grants you a personal, non- exclusive, non- transferable user right to install and use the Driver App on Your Device solely for the purpose of providing Transportation Services. You agree to not provide, distribute or share, or enable the provision, distribution or sharing of, the Driver App (or any data associated therewith) with any third party. The foregoing right shall immediately terminate and you will delete and fully remove the Driver App from Your Device in the event that you cease to provide Transportation Services using Your Device. You agree that: (i) use of the Driver App on Your Device requires an active data plan with a wireless carrier associated with Your Device, which data plan will be provided by you at your own expense; and (ii) use of the Driver App on Your Device as an interface with the Uber Services may consume very large amounts of data through the data plan. Rasier Pacific advises that Your Device should only be used under a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits, and Rasier Pacific shall not be responsible or liable for any fees, costs, or overage charges associated with any data plan.
Your Device. DermOQ is not responsible for the operation of your Device. You are responsible for ensuring the system functions of your Device are in working order when accessing the Service, including, but not limited to screen display operation features of your Device.
Your Device. You may access the Services via a mobile phone or other mobile device. You acknowledge that your mobile carrier's standard charges and data rates apply to any access to the Services from any mobile device. Further, your access to the Services may be limited by your mobile carrier's terms and policies or by your mobile device's settings, software, and hardware. We are not responsible to provide the Services to you based on your mobile carrier's or mobile devices requirements or limitations.

You agree that: (i) use of the Provider App on Your Device requires an active data plan with a wireless carrier associated with Your Device, which data plan will be provided by you at your own expense; and (ii) use of the Provider App on Your Device as an interface with the Uber Services may consume very large amounts of data through the data plan. Uber and Xxxxxxx Pacific advise that Your Device only be used under a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits, and neither Uber, Xxxxxxx Pacific, nor their Affiliates, shall be responsible or liable for any fees, costs, or overage charges associated with any data plan.
Your Device. You are responsible for all phones and devices containing a SIM assigned to your Device. Your Device must be compatible with, and not interfere with, our Services and must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Kynect and/or our host network provider may periodically program your Device remotely with system settings for roaming service, to direct your Device to use network services most appropriate for your typical usage, and other features that cannot be changed manually. You agree to safeguard the SIM card and not to allow any unauthorized person to use your SIM card. You agree not to, and not to allow any other person to, directly or indirectly alter, bypass, copy, deactivate, remove, reverse-engineer or otherwise circumvent or reproduce the encoded information stored on, or the encryption mechanisms of, your SIM card. Any violation of the restrictions on the use of your SIM card that are contained in this section may result in the immediate termination of your Service without notice. Kynect, or its Service providers, may, from time to time, remotely update or change the encoded information on your SIM card. When you activate your Service, you will be provided with a Number or you may, in some circumstances, port-in a Number from another carrier. Please note that you have no ownership rights to any telephone Number, IP address or any other identifier associated with your Service and you acknowledge and agree that we (or our host network provider) may change any such Number, IP address or other identifier associated with your Service at any time without prior notice to you. You agree that you will not make any modifications to your Device or its programming to enable the Device to operate on any other system. Kynect or its host network provider may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify the programming to enable the operation of the Device on other systems. No amplifier, enhancer, repeater, or other device or system may be used or installed on the wireless network without our prior approval and the approval of our host network, if required. Some functions and features reference in the manufacturer’s manual provided with your phone may not be available on your Service. Certain mobile phone features may not be available throughout the entire network or their functionality may be limited. If you bought a Device from Kynect, it may have been programmed with a SIM lock which will prevent it from operating with other compatible wireless...
Your Device. 1. You acknowledge and agree that, in connection with your use of the TENT App, you shall be responsible for the following, at your own cost:
(a) Obtaining and installing all hardware, software and communications services necessary for your use of the TENT App in accordance with these Terms;
(b) Installing antivirus or other mobile security software on your enabled device to protect against any security or other vulnerabilities which may arise in connection with your use of the TENT App in accordance with these Terms; and
(c) installing updates and patches for the TENT App and your enabled device in a prompt and timely manner.
2. Without prejudice to the foregoing and any other terms in these Terms, we assume that any and all request received from your enabled device have been made by the rightful owner. You are solely responsible and liable for keeping your enabled device safe and maintaining adequate security and control of your login and authentication details (including, but not limited to, your Username, and password), and shall likewise be solely responsible for any access to and use of the TENT App and the Services through your enabled device, notwithstanding that such access and/or use may have been effected without your knowledge, authority or consent. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage resulting from such access and/or use.
3. Should you discover that your enabled device is lost or stolen or has been accessed or used in an unauthorised way, you shall notify us of the loss and/or theft or unauthorised access and/or use by emailing us at xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. In addition, where your enabled device has been accessed or used in an unauthorised manner, you should, as soon as possible, reset the login and authentication details on your enabled device.
Your Device. By using Mobile Banking, you represent that you are an authorized user of the device you will use to access Mobile Banking and that the device will be password protected or have similar security in use. You acknowledge that if you download software to your device that enables mobile banking, NCDFCU does not sanction the use of any third-party software for Online Banking that does not have our prior approval. You further acknowledge that third parties may offer such applications to mobile device users without our knowledge or approval. If you download such third- party software, you do so entirely at your own risk. Data rates charged by your mobile service provider may apply when using Mobile Banking, and you are responsible for the payment of such fees in accordance with your agreement with your mobile service provider.
