BDC Status Sample Clauses

BDC Status. The Collateral Manager will use its best efforts to continue to be regulated as a business development company under the 1940 Act.

BDC Status. The Borrower shall at all times maintain its status as a “business development company” within the meaning of the 1940 Act.
