Common use of Before First Commercial Sale Clause in Contracts

Before First Commercial Sale. Prior to the date of the first COMMERCIAL SALE of any LICENSED PRODUCT, COMPANY shall deliver reports to M.I.T. annually, within [***] of the end of each calendar year, containing information concerning the immediately preceding calendar year, as further described in Section 5.2.
