Reports and Record Keeping. 5.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the Qualifying Connections, and shall provide NLT with all reasonable assistance (including but not limited to, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits and consents to access any areas within the relevant building) to reconcile the number of Qualifying Connections through site visits and/or such other methods as determined by NLT at its sole discretion from time to time.
Reports and Record Keeping. 7.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the DC Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall:
7.1.1. Provide NLT with all reasonable assistance (including but not limited to, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits and consents to access any areas within the relevant building) to reconcile the number of DC Connections through site visits and/or such other methods as determined by NLT at its sole discretion from time to time; and
7.1.2. Upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that each DC Connection is used only for the purpose of providing Enterprise Services.

7.1.1. Provide NLT with all reasonable assistance (including but not limited to, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits and consents to access any areas within the relevant building) to reconcile the number of Point-to-Point Connections through site visits and/or such other methods as determined by NLT at its sole discretion from time to time; and
7.1.2. Upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that each Point-to-Point Connection is used only for the purpose of providing Enterprise Services.

Reports and Record Keeping. 11.3.1. In addition to its obligations of the grant recipient shall comply with section 16 of the Social Housing Act and the Regulations. The Grant Recipient shall comply with the obligations set out hereinunder:
11.3.2. The Grant Recipient shall provide the SHRA, by no later than the 5th Business Day of each month, with a written monthly performance report in relation to the preceding month which shall include: -
11.3.2.1. An updated progress report in the form set out in Annexure "C1";
11.3.2.2. An updated financial report in the form set out in Annexure "C2", accompanied by the most recent copy of the Project Operational Bank Account Statement;
11.3.2.3. Where required, a notification of achievement of a key milestone being Conditions Precedent, Financial Closure, and submission of draft Tenant and Maintenance Plans in the form of Annexure "C3";
11.3.2.4. Where required and by agreement with the SHRA, an updated Project Cost and Cash Flow Schedule in the form contemplated in Annexure "A9";
11.3.2.5. Where required and by agreement with the SHRA, an updated Project Budget, as contemplated in Annexure "B7", together with an updated Project Financial Model demonstrating the continued financial viability of the Project;
11.3.2.6. The Tenant Audit Schedule setting the number of Units occupied in the Project at that date and any other information that the SHRA and the Province may reasonably request to form part of the monthly Tenant Audit Schedule, in the form contemplated in Annexure "C4";
11.3.2.7. Updated Job Creation and B-BBEE Statistics relating to the Project, in the form contemplated in Annexure “C6”.
11.3.3. The Grant Recipient shall provide the SHRA and the Province, by no later than the 30th of each Month, in relation to that Month, the copies of the following:
11.3.3.1. design, technical site and/or Project meetings minutes, as contemplated in Annexure "D1";
11.3.3.2. monthly progress reports from the professional team members and Contractors, as contemplated in Annexure "D2" and a copy of the progress report as contemplated in Annexure “C1”;
11.3.3.3. monthly cost reports by the quantity surveyor, as contemplated in Annexure "D3";
11.3.3.4. health and safety audits, as contemplated in Annexure "D4";
11.3.3.5. environmental audits, as contemplated in Annexure "D5";
11.3.3.6. all quality reports by Consultants, as contemplated in Annexure "D6";
11.3.3.7. any information or documentation which the SHRA may request, as contemplated in Annexure “D7”....
Reports and Record Keeping. 4.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the NBAP Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall:
4.1.1. Upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that the NBAP Connections are used only for the purposes of fulfilling the RL’s obligations under Tender Contracts, and/or that the RL has procured that the Retail Service Providers to whom the RL provides services using the NBAP Connections utilize such services in such manner and for the benefit of such parties as specified in the Tender Contracts.
Reports and Record Keeping. 4.1. The Requesting Licensee shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the NBAP and CO-to-NBAP Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall:
4.1.1. Submit a quarterly report in a format to be determined at a later date on the total number of NBAP and CO-to-NBAP Connections requested by the Requesting Licensee during each quarter, not later than seven (7) calendar days after the end of the preceding quarter;
4.1.2. Provide NLT with all reasonable assistance (including but not limited to, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits and consents to access any areas within the relevant building) to reconcile the number of NBAP and CO-to-NBAP Connections stated in the quarterly reports through site visits and/or such other methods as determined by NLT at its sole discretion from time to time; and
4.1.3. Upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that the NBAP and CO-to- NBAP Connections are used only for the purposes of Mobile Network Deployment by connecting to a Base Transmission Station that belongs to the RL.
Reports and Record Keeping. (Photographic evidence) The Contractor shall provide to the Principal a progressive photographic record of the progress of WUC at the times required by the Principal. Photographs shall be in digital format and shall be duly dated and labelled to describe the photograph's content. (Dilapidation survey) The Contractor must, prior to the commencement of WUC, undertake a dilapidation survey ('Dilapidation Survey') including a photographic record clearly indicating the date and time of photos taken, of all areas identified as forming part of the site and the following areas: [list other specific surrounding locations or structures that are to be surveyed OR attach a plan showing these areas];
Reports and Record Keeping. Borrower will monitor the grow-out process of the PL’s acquired hereunder on a segregated basis from other tanks then being used by Borrower and shall report to Lender as to the status of the health, grow-out rates and other matters relating to the growth cycle of the PL’s as deemed necessary or requested by Lender. At such time as the tank is harvested, Borrower will advise Lender of the total production attributable to the PLs acquired hereunder and the arrangements for sale of such production.
