Before First Commercial Sale. Prior to the First Commercial Sale, Company shall pay to Hospital a non-refundable annual license fee of ten thousand dollars [***]within sixty (60) days after the anniversary of the Effective Date, beginning on the second anniversary of the Effective Date, and on each subsequent anniversary of the Effective Date thereafter.
