Common use of Beginning of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Beginning of Occupancy. The Resident is authorized to occupy the assigned space beginning on the date and time designated by the Department of Campus Housing and Residence Life and this contract. Any Resident moving into a residence hall before the date and time designated by Campus Housing must have approval from the Director of Campus Housing and Residence Life or designee and will be charged a daily rate in addition to standard housing fees.

Any Resident moving into a residence hall or apartment before the date and time designated by Campus Student Housing for the Resident’s assigned floor and/or residence hall or apartment must have approval from the Director of Campus Housing and Residence Life or designee complete an early check in agreement and will be charged a daily rate in addition to standard housing fees.
