Common use of BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT Clause in Contracts

BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT. The student agrees to abide by all FIU and FIU Housing and Residential Life regulations, policies, and procedures published online, in the current Student Handbook, the Florida Statutes, and the Agreement and its Terms and Conditions. The student agrees to conduct themselves in such a manner as to allow others the quiet enjoyment of the facilities. Any behavior or conduct which, as determined by FIU Housing, in its sole discretion, (i) intimidates, threatens, or personally abuses another resident/staff; (ii) is disruptive to the residential community;
