Behavioral Health and I/DD Benefits Package as well as any services that the Department obtains authority through a SPA or waiver to cover and adds to the PIHP benefit package.
Behavioral Health and I/DD Benefits Package iii. The PIHP shall implement changes to covered or carved-out services within thirty (30) Calendar Days after notification by the Department, unless otherwise indicated.
