Examples of Authorization Request in a sentence

  • At least quarterly, for Securities Transactions requiring preclearance under this Code, the Preclearance Officer (or his or her designee) shall compare the confirmations and periodic statements provided pursuant to the trade reporting requirements (Section II.G.1.) to the approved Trade Authorization Request Forms.

Related to Authorization Request

  • Service Authorization Request means a Provider’s or Enrollee’s request to the Contractor for the provision of a service.

  • Notice of Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Bid Submission Requirement means a task a Prospective Contractor must complete when submitting a bid response. These requirements will be distinguished by using the term “shall” or “must” in the requirement.

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of this RFP;

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of filings, stampings, registrations, notarisations, endorsements, translations and/or notifications of any Finance Document (and/or any Security created under it) necessary for the validity, enforceability (as against the relevant Obligor or any relevant third party) and/or perfection of that Finance Document.

  • Loan Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
