The splitter will route the High Frequency Spectrum on the circuit to Vertex’s xDSL equipment in Vertex’s collocation space. At least thirty (30) calendar days before making a change in splitter suppliers, BellSouth will provide Vertex with a carrier notification letter, informing Vertex of change.
