BellSouth Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.3.1 BellSouth will select, purchase, install, and maintain a central office POTS splitter and provide Freedom access to data ports on the splitter. The splitter will route the High Frequency Spectrum on the circuit to Freedom’s xDSL equipment in Freedom’s collocation space. At least thirty (30) calendar days before making a change in splitter suppliers, BellSouth will provide Freedom with a carrier notification letter, informing Freedom of change. Freedom shall purchase ports on the splitter in increments of eight (8), twenty-four (24), or ninety-six (96) ports in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina. Freedom shall purchase ports on the splitter in increments of twenty-four (24) or ninety-six (96) ports in Tennessee.
