BellSouth Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.3.1 BellSouth will select, purchase, install, and maintain a central office POTS splitter and provide BroadRiver access to data ports on the splitter. The splitter will route the High Frequency Spectrum on the circuit to BroadRiver’s xDSL equipment in BroadRiver’s collocation space. At least thirty (30) calendar days before making a change in splitter suppliers, BellSouth will provide BroadRiver with a carrier notification letter, informing BroadRiver of change. BroadRiver shall purchase ports on the splitter in increments of eight (8), twenty-four (24), or ninety-six (96) ports in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North AMENDMENT EXHIBIT 1 Attachment 2 Page 30 Carolina and South Carolina. BroadRiver shall purchase ports on the splitter in increments of twenty-four (24) or ninety-six (96) ports in Tennessee.
