BellSouth’s Access to Remote Collocation Space. From time to time BellSouth may require access to the Remote Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access the Remote Collocation Space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and Remote Site Location modifications. Except in case of emergency, BellSouth will give notice to ALCALL at least forty-eight (48) hours before access to the Remote Collocation Space is required. ALCALL may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in the Collocation Space. The Parties agree that ALCALL will not bear any of the expense associated with this work.

  • Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.
