Common use of Benefit Administration Clause in Contracts

Benefit Administration. Subject only to the Letter of Understanding attached as Schedule 17 to the Joint Memorandum of Agreement dated 1986 June 17, the Corporation has the sole responsibility for all aspects of the administration of the health and welfare benefit plans. Benefits for Regular Part‐Time Employees are set out in Schedule "F" of this Agreement.
