Common use of Benefit Booklet Clause in Contracts

Benefit Booklet. “Benefit Booklet” means the document provided by Plan Sponsor’s third party administrator that describes a Covered Individual’s benefits under the Plan. Such Benefit Booklet is attached hereto in Exhibit A.
