Common use of Benefit Continuation Clause in Contracts

Benefit Continuation. Provided Executive is eligible for COBRA coverage, and has not been terminated from employment for Cause or resigned without Good Reason, then the Company shall pay the Executive's COBRA premiums for a period of eighteen months from the Termination Date in order to continue Executive's health insurance coverage and maintain such coverage in effect.
