Benefit of Use. TONGSHI’s use of the WORLDSPACE Marks will inure to the benefit of WORLDSPACE and TONGSHI will not at any time acquire any rights in such WORLDSPACE Marks or any trademarks or trade dress similar thereto by virtue of any use it may make of any such WORLDSPACE Marks.
