Common use of Benefit Waiting Period Allowance Clause in Contracts

Benefit Waiting Period Allowance. An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to Clause 21.3, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to two weeks at 85% of the employee's basic pay.
