Common use of Benefit Waiting Period Allowance Clause in Contracts

Benefit Waiting Period Allowance. An employee who is entitled to leave under Xxxxxx 24.4(a) shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee’s basic pay.
