Benefits and Paid Time Off. 20.1 All employees who maintain an average of thirty-two (32) hours a week of work (averaged over the previous four (4) weeks), who have completed three (3) months employment with the Employer, shall be entitled to participate in the Employer’s benefit plans and shall be enrolled on their three (3) month anniversary date.
