Benefits for Part-Time Continuing and Term Employees. 39.3.1 Employees on part-time continuing appointments shall, upon request, be eligible for health and welfare benefits in accordance with clause 39.1. OC shall pay a portion of the health and welfare plan premiums consistent with the employee’s appointment percentage as specified in his or her offer of appointment, and the employee shall pay the remainder of the premium.
