Overtime for Part-Time Employees. ‌ (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees working less that eight (8) hours per day and who are required to work longer than the regular working day shall be paid at the rate of straight time for the hours so worked up to and including eight (8) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates shall apply after eight (8) hours in the working day and for all work performed on statutory holidays and the employee's days of rest. In the case of part-time clerical staff the words “seven (7) hours” shall be substituted for the words “eight (8) hours” wherever they appear herein.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The hours of work for part-time employees shall be set in accordance with the requirements of the Board with overtime applying for any work performed over seven (7) hours per day or thirty-five (35) hours per week.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than her regular working day, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to eight hours per day and 40 hours per week. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than her regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to seven and one-half hours per day and 37½ hours per week. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

(3) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (1) and (2) above. (4) If a part-time employee works in excess of 7.5 hours on a stat holiday he/she will be paid the overtime rates set out in 22.04.
