Common use of Benefits for Participants Clause in Contracts

Benefits for Participants. i. Counties that timely pay their invoiced contribution to the EFF upon execution of this Agreement are immediately eligible for 100% of EFF benefits for Eligible Costs. Any County that does not pay its annual contribution but chooses to participate in the EFF in a subsequent year will be eligible for EFF benefits on a pro-rata basis as follows: during the first year, 50% of Eligible Costs; during the second year, 75% of Eligible Costs; during the third and each subsequent year, 100% of Eligible Costs.
