Compensation for EmployeesEmployees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.

Effective the first day of the first full pay period following adoption of this Memorandum of Understanding by the Board of Supervisors, the unadjusted base salary rate for each pay rate assigned to each class within the Law Enforcement Management Unit shall be increased by 3.5%. B. Effective July 3, 2020, the unadjusted base hourly rate for each pay rate assigned to each class within the Law Enforcement Management Unit shall be increased by 3.5%. C. Effective July 2, 2021, the unadjusted base hourly rate for each pay rate assigned to each class within the Law Enforcement Management Unit shall be increased by 3.5%. D. Effective July 1, 2022, the unadjusted base hourly rate for each pay rate assigned to each class within the Law Enforcement Management Unit shall be increased by 3.5%.
Compensation for Employees. Employees other than those listed in Appendix “B” shall receive holiday pay to a maximum of eight (8) paid hours for each holiday defined in Article 14.01 on a pro-rata basis of regular hours paid during the two (2) two-week pay periods immediately prior to the holiday divided by one hundred and sixty (160) hours.

Step 12 will be set at the same figure as current step 33, with the additional steps each 2.5% apart. Step 13 will be 2.5% over Step12 and Step 14 an additional 2.5% above Step 13. Concomitant with this salary range contraction, employees will be placed at the new salary step (steps 1 through 12) that is closest to, and not less than their current salary. Any employee who is at the existing Step 33 and who has received an “Above Average” or better rating on their last performance evaluation, shall receive a 1% lump sum bonus.]
Compensation for EmployeesEmployees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step assigned to the class in which they are employed. Effective the first day of the first full payroll period following adoption of this memorandum of understanding by the Board of Supervisors [effective, December 29, 2023], the unadjusted base hourly salary rate for each range and step assigned to each class within the Peace Officer and Supervising Peace Officer unit shall be increased by 8.00%. Effective June 28, 2024, the unadjusted base hourly salary rate for each range and step assigned to each class within the Peace Officer and Supervising Peace Officer unit shall be increased by 5.00%. Effective June 27, 2025, the unadjusted base hourly salary rate for each range and step assigned to each class within the Peace Officer and Supervising Peace Officer unit shall be increased by 4.00%.
Compensation for Employees. ‌ A. Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed. B. Salary Increases 1. Effective first day of the pay period (January 17, 2020) following Board adoption of the 2019 - 2023 MOU, increase the salary schedule by 2.50%. 2. Effective July 3, 2020, the salary schedule will be increased by 2.50%. 3. Effective July 2, 2021, the salary schedule will be increased by 2.86%. 4. Effective July 1, 2022, the salary schedule will be increased by 3.5%.
Compensation for EmployeesEmployees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step assigned to the class in which they are employed. Effective the start of the first payroll period commencing on or after July 1, 2015, the unadjusted base hourly salary rate for each range and step assigned to each class within the Peace Officer and Supervising Peace Offer unit shall be increased by 3.0%. However, the increase shall not be implemented until implementation of unit member payment of the 100% employee normal retirement contribution set forth in Article XXI, Sections 6 and 7, below.
Compensation for Employees for summer work assigned for summer curriculum projects and other approved professional work, other than summer school, shall be $46.17 per hour for the summer following the 2023-2024 School Year. For the remaining years of this Agreement, this rate will be increased at the same percentage increase applied to the cells on the salary schedule for each year of the Agreement.

Salary Increases 1) Effective the first day of the pay period following Board adoption of the 2015-18 MOU, salaries will be increased by 3.0%. In addition, full-time employees on the payroll as of the date of adoption of this 2015-18 MOU will receive a one-time, off schedule lump sum payment of $500. Part time employees on the payroll as of the date of adoption of this 2015-18 MOU will receive a pro-rated amount of the lump sum payment set forth above. 2) Effective July 8, 2016, salaries will be increased by 2.75%. In addition, employees on the payroll as of the payroll period immediately preceding the December 9, 2016 pay period will receive a one-time off schedule lump sum payment of $500. Part- time employees on the payroll as of the payroll period immediately preceding the December 9, 2016 pay period will receive a pro-rated amount of the lump sum payment set forth above. 3) Effective July 7, 2017, salaries will be increased by 2.75%. In addition, full-time employees on the payroll as of the payroll period immediately preceding the December 9, 2017 pay period will receive a one-time off schedule lump sum payment of $500. Part- time employees on the payroll as of the payroll period immediately preceding the December 9, 2017 pay period will receive a pro-rated amount of the lump sum payment set forth above. 4) Extra Help employees are not eligible to receive the one-time off schedule lump sum payments referenced above.
