BENEFITS GENERAL. 24.01 The Company will provide the opportunity to employees on LTD and WSIB over one (1) year, employees who retire early (up to age 65) and employees on temporary lay-off up to six months (the six months starts the month following the month of lay-off), the option of maintaining medical and dental plan coverage provided employees pay the required monthly premiums.
