Benefits Information. f. Laid off employees who wish to remove themselves from the central recall pool will submit a written request to the Human Resources Department who will notify the Committee established in Section 2 below. When a position becomes available, the position shall be offered to the person with the greatest bargaining unit seniority in the job classification who has filed a master application and applied for the job unless said person is not capable of performing the available work.
