TEACHERS FUND FOR RETIREMENT. The Minot Public Schools agree to furnish the employers portion of the TFFR as enacted by the 1977 Legislature and agrees to tax shelter the teacher's share of TFFR by reducing the teacher's salary.
TEACHERS FUND FOR RETIREMENT. The South Prairie School District will pay the full Teacher’s Fund for Retirement (TFFR) for each qualifying staff member.
TEACHERS FUND FOR RETIREMENT. 1. The Rugby Public School District #5 will contribute 100% of the employee share of TFFR.

TEACHERS FUND FOR RETIREMENT. The Devils Lake Public Schools shall treat the employee’s share of the payment to Teacher’s Fund for Retirement as a tax sheltered annuity as authorized by North Dakota Century Code.
TEACHERS FUND FOR RETIREMENT. The school district will pay 10% of teachers portion of teachers retirement (model 2) in addition to the school’s portion.
