Common use of Benefits Information Clause in Contracts

Benefits Information. (a) The Employer shall make available to each employee the benefit booklets outlining the current provisions in the benefit plans as defined. Upon request, the Employer will make the Plan(s) available to the Union.

(a) The Employer shall make available to provide each employee the benefit with access to information booklets outlining all of the current provisions in the benefit plans as defineddefined in article 22.01. Upon request, the Employer will make the Plan(s) available to the UnionUnion for inspection.
