Common use of Benefits Information Clause in Contracts

Benefits Information. (a) The Employer shall provide each employee with access to information booklets outlining all of the current provisions in the benefit plans defined in article 22.01. Upon request, the Employer will make the Plan(s) available to the Union for inspection. (b) The Employer shall notify the Union of the name(s) of the carrier(s) which provide the benefit plans defined in Article 22.01. The Employer shall also provide the Union with access to all current information booklets provided to the employees.

The Employer shall also provide the Union with access to all current information booklets provided to the employees.
