Benefits Payable at Termination of Employment. (a) Vacation pay: as per Article 35, the employee will be paid any earned vacation pay owing up to the point of termination. (b) Sick leave gratuity: as per Article 41.1 where it applies. (c) Pension benefits as set out in the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. (d) Overtime will be paid out as per Article 24.
