Benefits to extend. Each party acknowledges that its obligations under this clause 26, excluding clause 26.9A, constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s officers, agents and employees which are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, agents and employees and accordingly, the provisions of the Contracts (Privity) Act 1982 apply to its promises under this clause 26.
