Best Efforts During Employment. At all times during the Term, Employee shall use their best efforts, skills, judgment and abilities, and shall at all times promote the Bank's interests and perform and discharge well and faithfully those duties. Employee shall devote Employee’s full and exclusive business time, attention and energies to the Bank's business in accordance with Employee’s anticipated schedule and duties hereunder. At no time during the Term shall Employee directly or indirectly engage in any activity that could or does materially interfere with or adversely affect Employee's performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement, or compete with or damage in any way the business of the Bank.
