Best Efforts to End Violations. 6.6.1 If a Contractor contends that there is any violation of this Article or Section 7.3, it shall notify, in writing, the Executive Secretary of the Council, the Senior Executive of the involved Union(s) and the Community Workforce Coordinator. The Executive Secretary and the leadership of the involved Union(s) will immediately instruct, order and use their best efforts to cause the cessation of any violation of the relevant Article. 6.6.2 If the Union contends that any Contractor has violated this Article, it will notify the Contractor and the Community Workforce Coordinator, setting forth the facts which the Union contends violate the Agreement, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to invoking the procedures of Section 6.8.
