Employees on Non-Project Work. On work where the personnel of the City may be working in close proximity to the construction activities covered by this PLA, the Union agrees that the Union representatives, stewards, and individual workers will not interfere with the City personnel, or with personnel employed by any other employer not a Party to this PLA.
